I hope that you were not missing me toooo much! My Mommie is a college bean (she is graduating with her BA in December!) and has exams right now. This means that she is not letting me get on the computer as much. It is not very nice of her, but I am a considerate little cat. She is not so considerate. She does not understand how I miss my furriends when I am not on the computer. But that is ok. So since I cannot gets on the computer, I has been helping her study.
To help your Mommie or Daddie study there are certain steps you has to take. The most important one is to be on the look out for any distractions. Here I am being a good scout:
Nothing is going to interrupt MY Mommie while I is on duty.
Sometimes you can get a little sleepy working so hard and maybe it is ok to let your eyes close just a little bit... As long as your ears are still alert.
Sometimes you will have to let out a big yawn. I have heard it is not good to keep them in. Just let it right out.
Silly Mommie! Do your work!
Mommie says that even though I fell asleep I is still a good little helper. You will not believe the present she got me for being so helpful! I will shows you tomorrow...

We used to help mom study by holding down her books and papers...she always made happy noises when she saw us on her books. Yoo know, kinda sounded like she was purring...or maybe she was growling...oh well.
Good luck to your mom on her exams! You are a good study partner. We help our mom study too. She is working towards a Masters in Physiotherapy.
Oh my mum knows the feeling. She has spent four years doing her masters degree, and working full time. Now she has two more papers, for another diploma as well.

Good for your Mommie! Finishing school is very hard work and you are so sweet to help her Cecil. :) I would be very distracted with a cute kitty like you to keep me company. I just love your stripes!

Helping study is fun. Have you tried laying on your beans textbooks yet? My fur mommie loves to keep my momma beans books warm by laying smack dab in the middle of the book whenever momma bean gets up to make a cup of tea...lol
