Thankful Thursday:
I has only been a part of the blogosphere for a couple months now, but I am so amazed at how close everyone is. What Cat Friends Helping Friends is doing is wonderful, and is inspired by all of you who came to each others rescue; came to the aid of a stranger whose face you only recognize as a tabby cat or a tuxie or a ginger, a meezer or even a curly cat. I am so fankful to be a part of this, because the world is going crazy but because of the cat blogosphere Mommie and I know there are still lots of selfless people left.
(I fink maybe you can tell Mommie wrote a lot of that paragraph, but I agree!)
I would like to especially fank all the cats who has joined Phi Theta Gatos!
You each has a special place in the group!
"I wear my sunglasses at night, meow meow!"
Fanks Daisy MaeMaus, first solo girlcat to join!
Fanks Karen Jo, our Honorary-Cat member!
Fanks to Perfectly Parker for being our most perfect member!
Cecil's Fankful Poem:
especially the Temptations cause they're yummy.
I'm fankful for a roof over my head,
but why can't I sleep in the People bed?
I'd like to take Daddy's place
and purr all night in Mommie's face.
I am fankful for my favorite toy;
I am fankful for being a boy.
I would not like a girl to kiss,
cooties make me want to hiss!
I'm fankful for every furriend,
Best furriends until the very end!
Cecil

The Cat Blogosphere is full of such wonderful, generous kitties. :)
Cecil, you are so sweet! I'm glad we're friends. That is a very wonderful poem you wrote!
.....Cexi.....besides being a 'hottie' you are a literary genius with great FB's........

Cecil, that is getting to be a huge fraternity!
That was a beautiful poem, Cecil. You have real talent!
Mommy says I get to join next month after she gets more green papers. I can't wait! I think it sounds very exciting.
Mommy and I agree with you, Cecil. Coming to the catblogosphere always reminds us that there are some wonderful beans and furries in the world. We both need that reminder a lot.
We think the poem is neat, Cecil. There sure is a lot to be thankful for.
But we would like to make a little correction. Daisy MaeMaus is the first SOLO girlcat to join. JFF has 2 female cats - that's Cyndi (kitty) on the badge with Buddy (dog) - and one female woofie.
Sniffy, sniffy.

What a sweet poem! I love to visit my kitty friend's blogs. I have had a very sad year, losing my Tookie and everyone has been so nice and understanding because they love their kitties too. And of course cats are just the coolest ever! :)
Big Hugs Cecil!

We're sorry, Cecil. We didn't mean for you to change the wording on your post. We just couldn't resist teasing you. We know we were the first group. And since we go most everywhere as a group, we were fine with Daisy MaeMaus being the first girlcat to join.
But thanks for going to the trouble. We appreciate what you did.
Sniffy, sniffy. (Now we're sniffing because we're so touched by what you did.)

PS - Thanks for writing those folks. We sure hope something can be done before the woman has to give up all her cats. And they have no income now because the man's business has been shut down.
My Mom says the Cat Blogosphere is the sweetest, most caring place on the internet -- and I concur 100%!
Purrs and snuggles from Marilyn!
Yes, the Cat Blogosphere is the bestest place there is! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. We tried to send our pictures to your email, but it keeps coming back saying it isn't working. We sent our donation on April 5 and thought we sent our headshots. Please let us know! Our email is jcfloresinc at g mail dot com. Thanks.
